Hall of Fame

One of the things that makes OBI unique is that while we take our research seriously, we also like to have fun. If you’ve ever hung out with us while waiting for whales, you know that we like to spend time making intriguing and sometimes goofy speculations about all things orca! Beginning in 2021, in honor of March Madness, we decided to host an online bracket tournament to award honors to Salish Sea orcas. This hall of fame page will feature the winners as voted on by the public on our social media pages.
