We will be opening registration in mid-October for three other classes beginning in early 2025!

We're just two weeks away from the start of our brand new Whale University class, The Art and Science of Southern Residents! This week we mailed out the custom Salish Sea paint kits we designed in partnership with Ruby Mountain Paint Co and we can't wait to see what students create during the art portion of the class under the guidance of Sara Hysong-Shimazu.

While this class is sold out, we will be opening registration in mid-October for three other classes beginning in early 2025:

‣ Bigg's 201 - our flagship adult whale research class

‣ Bigg's 301 - an advanced class for Bigg's 201 graduates who want to continue on learning more

‣ Whale Book Club - a three month/three book series examining early perceptions of killer whales in the region
